Today, delegates of the California Democratic Party filed charges of alleged misconduct against Vice Chair of the California Democratic Party and candidate for Party Chair Daraka Larimore-Hall, for attempting to manipulate the sexual harassment lawsuit against disgraced past Chair Eric Bauman.
The charges stems from an amended complaint filed last week accusing Larimore-Hall of harassing the victims who had filed a suit against Eric Bauman. The complaint states that after the initial lawsuit was filed, Larimore-Hall began pressuring the victims to change their stories to align with his version of events, namely that he had their support to move forward with filing charges to remove Bauman as Chair. Furthermore, it claims that Larimore-Hall did not assist the victims who went to him for help.
