Campaign mail sent to voters in District 7 by an organization called the National Association of Realtors Fund is missing legally required disclaimer language. Political mail must list the top 3 contributors and none were provided. Whose sloppy work is this? The return address on the mail is for the local Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, a regular ally of Mahan and Liccardo.
More concerning are the missing FPPC 24 hour filing reports. According to the City of San Jose Clerk’s website, no contribution reports by the National Association of Realtors Fund have been submitted since October 7, 2020. These violations will be submitted in a formal FPPC complaint, the second one stemming from the Liccardo’s Common Good Silicon Valley PAC established to help his favored candidates, Mahan, Rauh, and Doan.
