Committee to Recall Judge Persky Will Submit Nearly 100,000 Signatures to Place Recall on June Ballot

Tomorrow morning, the Committee to Recall Judge Persky (Committee) will submit nearly 100,000 signatures to the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters, placing the recall of Judge Persky on the June 5, 2018 ballot. After four months, the Committee has completed its signature gathering efforts and with the number of signatures gathered, the recall appears to be one of the largest county-wide ballot initiatives in Santa Clara County history.
